Mini icecream coomkies are perfect as a lil summer treat. They are roughly 4cm long and each one is decorated with yoghurt drops and coconut sprinkles.
Ingredients: 100% peanut butter, chickpea flour, greek yoghurt, coconut flour, yoghurt drops, beetroot powder, blue spirulina, turmeric powder, natural coloured coconut sprinkles.
